Charcuterie Boards For Harbour 60 Steakhouse

This is one of eighteen charcuterie boards that were designed and made for Harbour 60 Steakhouse in Toronto. Each was about 16" x 9 1/2" x 3/4".
The Black Walnut and Curly Maple banding provided a dramatic accent to Zebrawood's wild and beautiful pattern. Very thin veneers were used to delineate and accentuate the banding, light Maple for the Black Walnut and dark Ziricote for the Curly Maple.The bottom edges of the charcuterie boards were shaped to give a floating effect to the setting, and to provide a discrete finger lift.
