This jewelry box has ample space for earrings, cuff links, necklaces, watches. The one tray has eight padded inserts for rings, earrings, and cuff links.

The body of this box is made from Curly Maple. The centre of the top is Maple Burl pieces and translucent purple resin, framed by bands of Curly Maple, separated and defined by strips of Purpleheart veneer.

No stains or dyes have been used. The rich colours that you see are the natural colours of the finished woods.

Finish:

Interior and exterior are finished with an Osmo micro-porous wood oil. The resultant low-lustre finish is smooth, durable, and appealing. Trays, dividers and supports are finished with Danish Oil, a penetrating resin.

Exterior:

	The sides of the box are made from a single board with waterfall mitre joints. That allows the natural pattern of the wood grain to flow all the way around the box. Grain is matched on three corners. Mitred corners reinforced with Purpleheart keys. Sides are solid 1/2" (13  mm) thick Curly Maple
Top is made from pieces of Maple Burl framed with Curly Maple. The gaps are filled with purple resin to create the river effect.

Interior:

Nickel plated brass quadrant hinges.

Tray sides and dividers are Black Walnut.

Interior is  lined with durable velveteen woven fabric.
