SPECIFICATIONS

Woods:
Curly Maple with accents of Lacewood and Purpleheart 

The optional handmade wood knife shown in the picture is for illustration. Actual knifes will vary in shape, colour and wood. Black Walnut is shown for a dark wood; Maple for a light wood.

Finish:
Very finely sanded, then finished with a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil. Buffed to a low lustre sheen.

Serving platter:         9"  x  5 1/2"  x 3/4"

Maintenance:
Woods are bonded with waterproof glue; but, do not leave immersed in water. Rinse with soap and water. Dry immediately. Periodically retreat platter with mineral oil.
